eCloud Managed Solutions inventory includes over 100,000 individual SKUs which include storage systems, switches, hard drives, and parts; all inventory is fully tested and backed by at least a one year NBD warranty. Each support customer is given a spares kit with the purchase of a maintenance contract. This kit includes hard drives, LCCs, power supplies, SFPs, and all other commonly utilized components, eliminating any unnecessary down time waiting for replacement parts to arrive. This kit can be kept on-site or at any one of our hundreds of forward stocking locations around the world.
